3. Products & Pricing
All products are handcrafted using genuine freshwater pearls and quality materials. Due to the natural origin of pearls, slight variations in color, size, shape, and lustre may occur — this is a hallmark of authenticity, not a defect. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All items are custom made to order with a production time of 1–2 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada on all orders. International shipping to other countries may be available at additional cost. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing is available for qualifying buyers. Minimum order quantities vary by product category. Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms which will be provided upon inquiry. Wholesale pricing may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Kreths and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kreths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
