Refund & Return Policy

At Kreths, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging (jewelry box or pouch)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at krethsenterprise@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate return terms. Due to the bulk nature of wholesale purchases, returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss wholesale return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g., initial necklaces with specific letter requests)
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
- Gift cards
